Corporate Services

Our corporate services team offers an extensive portfolio of services to an international client base ranging from smaller organisations through to multinationals. The diversity of our clients’ interests means the value of individual structures under administration range substantially from several million US dollars to in excess of a billion US dollars. In 2014, we were involved in providing the administration services for the Initial Public Offering of Gulf Marine Services PLC, which listed on the London Stock Exchange.

We pride ourselves in offering a proactive, flexible and competitive service tailored to our clients’ requirements, which we believe is key to developing long-term relationships based on trust, excellence and integrity.

  • Protected cell companies
